Apple Pie Bites

Hello All!

I know, I know, I have been gone for a little over a week now....my bad!  I got caught up with my road trip to California and now on making plans and getting everything together to move to California.  Yes, that is right, I get to move back to California!!!!  I am so excited to move back!

Well tonight I was inspired by Pinterest to make an apple pie type dessert.
They are mini apple pies of goodness!

You will need
1 package of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 medium/large granny smith apple
A little bit of brown sugar
A little bit of cinnamon
Some coconut flakes (optional, but delicious!)

Preheat your oven to the specified temperature on the package of crescent rolls

Roll out the crescent rolls....am I the only one that has trouble getting them rolled out and torn so they look nice?!?

Place about 1/2tsp of brown sugar on each crescent roll, sprinkle cinnamon on each crescent roll and sprinkle on some coconut flakes if you have it!

Cut the apple into slices. My slices were about 3/4 inch.  Place one apple slice on each crescent roll.

I put covered my pan in foil to make cleanup easier.

Then roll them up, and place them in the oven.

Don't forget to set the timer!  Use the time the package calls for.

I have one that looks aesthetically good :)

They are so yummy!

Just look at the inside!  Don't you just wish you can reach out and grab it and eat it?!?!

They would be so good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!  Or cream cheese frosting drizzled over them!!

Go, have some fun and eat good food!

~Best Wishes~
